What is 4Points?
A rewards network that gives you one points balance across every participating store. You earn points when you shop and use them at checkout in any store in the network.
How do I earn points?
Shop at any participating store. Points are added automatically to your balance once the order is completed. The amount depends on the order total and the card you pay with (mada or Visa/Mastercard).
Where can I use my points?
At checkout in any store in the 4Points network. Choose to pay with your points and they come straight off the bill.
Are my points worth the same at every store?
Not always. Each store sets how much your points take off the bill, and you see the exact discount at checkout before you confirm.
When do points from an order appear?
When the order is completed. While it is pending, the app shows the points that are on the way. Canceled orders do not earn points.
What is Gold membership?
Collect 2,000 points within 12 months to become a Gold member. Gold members earn 1.5× points on every purchase.
How do I sign in?
With your mobile number. We send you a 4-digit code by SMS to confirm it is you.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire one year after the date you earn them. The app lets you know 30 days before, so you have time to use them.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points stay on your own account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Does it cost anything?
No. The 4Points app and membership are free, with no hidden fees.
